DJ Recharge - Slow Stereo [made with an AI assistance]

So Splice has a new AI that compiles up to 8 samples as a project, so I decided to give it a go. What is scary is how really efficient the AI is. In a few minutes it gave a bunch of loops ranging from good to great actually.

Here is the original loop with the 8 samples of which I used 5, I did add some more and to be honest this is a song made mostly from sample. You will never realise it if you didn't knew, because I spend basically the same amount of time making the song. As always the structure is the thing that consumes most of my time on a song. But I do have to admit it was much much more easier then normal.

Song came out pretty nice, it might be one of the best songs I ever made, which is a pretty low blow on my self-esteem as producer.

I sure hope that 40% of Soundcloud employees laid off are not the tech support, because the links are not working god knows why...

Clicking the links in your post doesn't work either. I managed to find the track by going direct to your profile on SC

The track sounds pretty good. Has a bit of an Alex Wright vibe to me. A bit hous-ier than I'd usually like but it's a nice groove.

Interesting to hear someone utilising these new AI tools.

On purpose I mostly used samples like the AI, if the AI is advanced to get the sample together in a loop it's one step closer to making actually good sounding song which is quite interesting.

I've always said that we must learn to utilize new technologies in any field or risk going the way of the Dodo bird. Take DJing for example. For someone like me that has very little time it's a time saver just like programs like Mixed In key that prep my songs in advance and save a ton of time for djing, not to mention digital vs vinyl djing.

So the only thing I contributed is the pads and chords which are one idea better than my normal ones, I tried my hardest to make a more unique structure since I do see my songs are quite boring and predictable.

Btw that was the name the AI gave to the project which I liked a lot so decide to keep it.
