0:44 - 2:16 is
trance to chill out to material.
The main melody starting at 2:16 isn't the greatest, but one thing I will note is that the production quality of this is pretty good. I like how Steur adds tightness to the track without relying on cliches. The background noise at 3:23 is superb, and I wish he could have expanded more on that. There's enough variation to keep things interesting.

@Gagi mentioned, though, something about the bass during the climax feels off. I think this track isn't meant to be heard on headphones, but instead maybe it was optimized for large sound systems. It feels like a DnB "variation in production," where the original track had a subtler bassline.
A full track that expands on the ideas from 0:44 throughout 2:16 would be amazing.
