A typical track we've come to expect from him. Doesn't mean it's not good or inventive enough though. He's got a knack for making great tracks out of simple melodies.

Let down by the fairly generic bass drum/kick/clap combo but musically decent overall.

Hearing the full thing, I find it just ok. Liking the first 3 minutes but everything ultimately builds very predictably and the main melody a little too simple for me. Don't mind it though, but kind of template in structure.

Somewhat late to the party, but I also had this track on repeat many a time already! The intro has such a late 90s PVD/OTAB vibe (which of course was the main inspiration for early Discover as well). Then once you get to the break, you here the patented Lostly pads and lead sounds. The melody might be simple, but there's a great crescendo building throughout the break. It really sets you up for the climax nicely.
Yeah agreed. Reminded me of van Dyke's remix of Innocence in some way. Good production.
