A nice and calming tune, though I'm not sure if I'd want to listen to an entire mix filled with tracks like this one to be honest. I do have to say that I too am interested in what an uplifting mix would sound like.
I assume it can also be. Irish DJs and producers always have some sort of deal with Germany. There are many such examples.
@sashamlenik maybe he knows more about the tune.

Metta & Glyde are out. Too light sounds for them. They do with energy and power.
My next picks are Ferry Tayle, Manuel Le Saux, Peter Steele, Sneijder, Bryan Kearney, Possibly The Thrillseekers but remix 138.

The longer I listen to this remix, the more I wonder if Activa is behind it (you can feel some Solar Movement samples), Giuseppe Ottaviani or PureNRG.
Played yesterday on One World Radio - Friendship - Aly & Fila but their remix does not indicate that.

I understand you are talking about number 14 where the title is Twister World and it's the work of Shah and Rene Ablaze.
Number 8 this is Original (Album) Mix, He will be coming out soon on the Translation Vol. 1 by Sunlounger compilation in FSOE Chill.
Thread update. It will be out on FSOE Chill on May 14th as a Club Mix and there will be a Chillout Mix. This is the first single from the upcoming Sunlounger album. As for the remix, I assume it will be released later this year and there will be a release later, as it was with The Thrillseekers - Amber. First the original, then the long-awaited remix of 138. It remains to wait.
