What I do have remains fairly stable in terms of worth, so it isn't at all bitcoin levels. I don't have all that much in terms of precious metals bth, The majority of my personal savings/investments are in multible real-estate objects including my own house. As an architect i'm in that branch anyhow so it seemed like a good combo. The place me and the misses currently own actually has a morgage payoff which is less then the rent you would pay for a 40m2 student flat in the Netherlands.

Welp, the fed just raised interest rates by 0.75% again. People will finance less homes and cars, or just won't consider financing large purchases at all.

Wow your interest rates are at 4% that's crazy. At least it's not as bad as it was back in the 80's and 90's where it shot up to 17% here in Australia.

I lost $250,000 (which was my life savings) in Cryptocurrency a few years ago that's why I don't trade it in anymore and brokerage company was dodgy as well.
Strange thing was I did diversify my options and I still lost all of it.
