Here We Are from Toronto-based singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and music teacher Will RP Melville and fellow Torontonian Waxman (Pure Progressive, Droid9, Univack) in its original, ambient form was released on our sister label Electronic Architecture in 2023. Now Arizona’s finest Forerunners has given it the once-over in his trademark deep progressive style. Rolling at 122 bpm, the cinematic atmosphere, drones and delicate arpeggios are beautiful, the percussion work is inspired, and Will’s vocoded vocal is nicely trippy.
