Back in the day I was looking for a track to complete the album, specifically something non-techy as a transition between TSOOF and Cloudrunnner, and I loved the pluck melody Chris had going with that. He allowed to me remix it whilst the track was in the demo mill and, (for some utterly bizarre reason) unfortunatly didn’t get picked up.
Chris was ok with me putting the remix on the album released on FutureState back in the day, (thanks for which again bud)
I don’t know what happened to the original other then it probably collecting virtual dust on one of our respective old harddrives somewhere.
wouldn’t mind reworking this into a brand new original together some time in the future @Macker

Little backstory on this one.
Chris was the first person I started collaborating and sharing stuff with back in the days of Soulseek and Msn messenger. This was when the both of us where still learning the difference between a filter and and EQ on a cracked version of Cubase on our dads windows 98 pc.
A frustrating 20 years later we’d both landed releases on respectable imprints.. but never saw a collab track (of which we had several solid ones, mind you) signed to a big label, which was sort of the dream back then.
So good to see this finally happened after all this time and life in between. Especially it being an ambient composition, which was the first collab we did and, as a genre, always held a special place.

Lovely. This could have made it onto the two Gatecrasher mix albums that featured a chill out mix back in the day.

I usually don't watch the live streaming of Pure Trance Radio as it's cooking time in Denmark or midnight in China. But today I clicked into the live show by coincident, and nice to hear your track closed the show as Chillout Moment.
There will be another version released together called Cloths Of Heaven (Abridged) which is played in the show and will be 5 minutes long.
