Ever since I heard Solar fields and Aes Dana and deep ambient productions I have been fascinated by the deep atmospheric Soundscapes of Ambient music.

I listen to ambient more than anything else. I love ‘drone’ ambient with a flat chord pad and atmospheres, fx, small melodic sequences floating over it. The best I’ve found is on the YouTube channel Focus Soundscapes. The chords used are always so atmospheric and the production is exquisite. Framed around a Bladerunner future noir theme which I’m a sucker for. My job involves complex environmental science so I use these ambient compositions a lot when writing reports etc.

I did something with my 'Now We Are Free' remix - i slowed it down to half speed...some people do prefer it.
