Yes, I’m still making music… but something a bit different now…

Having spent such a long time making dance music with the intention of it being played at a club or festival, it dawned on me that I’m in a part of my life where that makes no sense with where I am right now…

That’s why I’m currently working on an album of much more meditative and warm electronic music that truly reflects what’s going on in my life.

My plans are to make this an exclusive vinyl and CD release only as I feel it’s very special and unique material…

It’s a long term project, but comment if you would like to see this happen!

Hi, yes an album has very slowly been in the works... I'm looking to make this a vinyl (and possibly CD) release only and make a very special record. The distributor I'm looking at require 100 pre sale saves to meet the threshold to create the record, which will be a massive challenge, but I'd like to think not impossible...

I've nearly finished material for the album but then comes the hard work... marketing and getting it out there...

Me and some of my friends in China incl. @Sean Cong @Ocean Ye will definitely support it, no matter vinyl and CD (I prefer CD). It's always good to listen to Coredata music physically, I already have the Movement: One CD, Vinyl sampler and Electronic Architecture 4 CD.

However, I still really want to listen to your album on streaming (or Bandcamp), it might be a good way for promotion and increase the record sales. Moreover, in that case, we can better vote it for the 'Best Album'. Give it a consider please.

Hey guys, thanks again for all your interest in this... As I said, the album is practically finished, but I need to start the marketing campaign. I'm creating a Mailchimp account and so I'll need emails from those interested so I can get things going with that.

It's taken me a long while, but this album feels really special... I've got three very unique tracks on the front then a very dreamy chillout, almost vaporwave vibe on the flipside. I've pulled far away from the usual tropes of modern trance and dance music and have created something different yet still familiar...

Will it possible to invite Mr Simon Berry to remix one of the tracks, it will become something massive? Or some other Platipus artists. I think ON3 is a good choice, it reminds me of you when listening to the Plateaux EP on Platipus in 2014. Maybe also Larry Lush from Quietman, he has back to making music these years.

Hey guys, thanks for the interest in this, it's really motivating to see

I've been spending this summer enjoying my time with the family, but now as I prepare to go back to work I've very much got my eyes set on this album...

- The main vinyl edition tracks are finished
- The album artwork is pretty much completed
- The video/visualiser for the main single is completed


The distributors I'm looking at require a minimum of 100 pre saves to produce and ship the record, and I'll be running a 60 day campaign to get as many pre saves as possible on their website.

I've also been collected peoples emails before hand to add to the mailing list to keep up to date and I'll be creating this mailing list account next month with the hope that come January I will have already amassed 100+ commitments...

As I'm going independent with this one, please be patient with me so I can make sure I get this done right... marketing has always been an annoying thorn in my side.

* EDIT... I'm looking to start the campaign in January for people to sign up. If the campaign is successful and we reach the 100 threshold, then the vinyl will need to be printed which takes a few weeks so we are likely looking at a March/April 2027 release.
