The concept of mash-ups has been around for a long time of course, and that also counts for non-EDM songs. What is your favourite? And what is a mash-up you've always wanted to hear?

Marco V played this one in his vinyl set on Electronic Family in 2019. It's not a very 'good' mash-up per se, but it's a fun one. It worked very well.
Indecent Noise's mashup of JOC - The Saw and Cass Fox - Touch Me is nuts. Cass' vocals complement The Saw unexpectedly well. They elevate The Saw from filler tech-trance to a solid production.
JOC also did something similar to Jase Thirlwall - Freaked with the vocals from As the Rush Comes, but the actual mashup part is kinda short:

There's no mashup thread without at least a couple of mashups by MS54 (other than Not A Lot Left Forever, which is also pretty awesome):
Nalin & Kane with Oceanlab - Beachball Sky Falls Down (Myon & Shane 54 Mashup)
OceanLab vs Gareth Emery - On A Metropolis Day (Myon & Shane 54 Mashup)
Gareth Emery vs Delerium - This Is Silence (Myon & Shane 54 Collision)
And one specifically for @Katadunkass:
Sorry man, can't spoil what this is and I can't post it without having the video embedded, so I gotta be a bit creative.. Here's the youtube video-ID: EHtqtw--FyQ

yes homo
I really like this Simon Patterson - Bulldozer / Ernesto vs. Bastian - Super Jupiter mashup:
A couple years ago I made my own version of this mashup with two Bulldozer mixes and an uplifting psytrance track at the intro. I also emphasized Super Jupiter more than Bulldozer.
I think it's a bit choppier than a regular mashup that just plays one track over another, but it's also less predictable!

Yooo I needed that too, thanks! Love you too (also homo)! Here's the youtube video-ID: EHtqtw--FyQ
LOL the "unregistered hypercam 2"
It sounds more like a remake than a mashup btw.
Those mashups are the best. They're really hard to do, but they can be real creative.
edit: wtf, PPK - Resurrection
It's technically a mash-up as the exact same sounds and structure are used as the original, so...

One more mashup from them which I love.
The Thrillseekers vs. Carrie Skipper - Savanna Goes By (Myon & Shane 54 Intro Mashup)
