I’m really excited about this track from Sean Tyas
Agreed, the lead also sounds similar to his darker Abstrakt alias (Abstrk - Feel Alive) along with Northcape.Honestly digging this, getting strong Aalto - 5 / Stoneface & Terminal - North Cape vibes from that lead. Will need to get used to that melody/bassline combination a bit better, but overall it's a very nice track indeed. Excited for the release as well :ᗞ
Longer track here 38 mins or 45 mins I dont like wailing sound.Also

On 1st listen I loved it as it sounds very unique and fresh as hes been experimenting a lot lately.
Also reminded me of his psy trance fusion.
I think this was released in Magikal Journey (The Hits Collection 1998-2008), the Suburban Train (Sean Tyas Dirty Mix). I am not sure if this is that one you menioned or there is another version of Sean Tyas Remix.His Best unreleased has to be Tiesto - Suburban (classic / faithful remix).

What a remix! The energy pumps up in the remix. However, I think this is too similar to the original, making it difficult to release.It's different and unreleased (basically A&r must have chosen dirty/bangin' mix over this alternative wholesome classic mix or maybe Tiesto personally rejected it out of jealousy based on how successful this remix would have been if it had been or they simply decided they had to release something that would do exceptionally well on a dance floor..

The unreleased version is the best remix to one of the biggest classics ever. Hopefully a free download in the near future.It's different and unreleased (basically A&r must have chosen dirty/bangin' mix over this alternative wholesome classic mix or maybe Tiesto personally rejected it out of jealousy based on how successful this remix would have been if released or they simply decided that they had to release something that would do exceptionally well on a dance floor..

Nah I disagree Lift is awesome and one more night is awesome. Melbourne is when his weaker less emotional tracks started to come into scene. I don't know maybe he was facing writers block or burnout but I just feel he dropped (Pardon the pun) his quality after 2008. None of his recent releases have been that outstanding or deserve repeated replays. His older tracks got a lot of repeated plays and they still do. I mean no disrespect towards I know it must not be easy for him as well but his recent tracks have no addictive quality and melodic, catchy and powerful anthemic vibe they used to have. His remix of Diary of Jane is also nice so is this remix by Terek Dawn.I feel like Lift, Drop are kinda overrated but he fixed that with Melbourne (kinda a follow up successor to it).. One more night out also in similar category as Lift/Drop but imo this is one of Sean tyas best solo track ever, I think even the classic Sean wouldn't be able to top it off as its his biggest track ever imo.. Nish - Blue sunhine remix is also kinda similar to One more night out but delivered in a remix format. (Drop 2 is ok)
Banshee, Ascend, Turbo & Ivy/Tingle are also quite huge!
His Best remix - simply way too many to list considering he was a god/king of remixes (but I think his biggest remix are Askew Fade to black, Paul Webster time and remix on Carl b remix & W&w - D.N.A, Joc - Mess of a machine & Choices of angel, Armin & Dj Shah - Going wrong)
His best remix on classics? Robert miles - Children, Arksun - Arisen, Rapid eye - Circa forver, Out there & Insigma - Open our eyes (both mixes)
Fun remix on a classic? There's only one.. Till tear do us apart (he somehow managed to turn it from sad to happy atmosphere tune)
His biggest collab has to be This world (Tyas mix) The potion and Relentless with Darren porter also Zahi with Akesson & Plan B with Ottaviani.
His Best unreleased has to be Tiesto - Suburban (classic / faithful remix).
His best remix of non-trance track? Black lab - This night but he only shared mp3 320 for it, hoping one day someone will share it in higher res..one day hopefully.
Best remix on Tyas? Candida (Terk Dawn Remix)
His best attempt at SVD inspired sound - Seven weeks (both mixes as I reckon Colontonio was ghosted by tyas) released on SVD label.
His best track for destroying speakers? Perfect world thats if your speakescan playback this track with minimal distortion (as it has insane BASS) with combination of poor mastering but still very enjoyable when in craving unfiltered bass / when i'm in a bass-head mood.
His best Psy trance infused track? HIVE, Chrome, Black & white and in Bloom (basically everything apart from his album stuff excluding Hive & Way down in Mexico as they're his top tier album singles)
Best ghosted collab?
* Activa - Afirmation (Tom Colontonio remix aka ghosted Tyas remix) i consider this track as one and only collab beteeen him and Activa since they cancelled the official collab when Activa left A&r position for Regenerate label, I feel like they dnt get along now or have now become rivals lol cos of their labels, sound direction etc)
* Sean tyas & Armin van Burren - Intricacy (incl Thomas bronzwaer remix)
* Intertia - The system remix (going off topic slightly but The System Jon o' bir remix aka Activa ghosted remix and Thomas bronzwaer remix are also really huge classics of that golden era).
Best Tyas influenced track by other artist?
* Reverse - Ultima
* Enigma Estate - Enigmatic (always reminds me of Askew - Fade to black Sean tyas remix but only the overall atmosphere/melodic part, not referring to the beatwork)
* Xian - Equinox (Fredd Moz remix)
* Paul Miller - I haven't forgotten (Paul kinda fellout with Sean tyas during this era cos he asked to make some changes which Paul didn't agree with, hence it never got released on Tytanium label). [Some people thought it was a Sean tyas solo track at the start as it was played as id - id iirc].
That's essentially classic Tyas then comes VII stuff (I dnt like the mastering on most VII releases as they sound too plasticy and dry) but Momentum and The Rythm are my top picks.
And finally the new / even more recent Sean tyas 2.0 worthy mentions;
Remix on Activas Luminosity, Lately collab with Enigma Estate, Arise collab with Dim3nsion, Collab with Askew & Anywhere solo vocal (also Atlus collab with Manuel le sauce but it's kinda a hybrid between 1.0/2.0 styles).
Shame he never remixed Pvd - Crushbut its safe to say that Riptide will be joining this list as a 1.0/2.0 hybrid trancer but more towards fun / experimental side of Sean tyas.
Funny Drop punNah I disagree Lift is awesome and one more night is awesome. Melbourne is when his weaker less emotional tracks started to come into scene. The intro is definetly going for that "The potion" vibe. Similar acids without psy elements.
Longer preview. Amazing track!!!!
