Techno trancier than trance

[Propeller]

I shall be buying most of these tracks on Bandcamp. To me, it's just good quality trance with a different label - melodic techno, I guess. Sounds very similar to old style trance in terms of melodies.

From the "lo-fi techno" genre:

No_4mat - 1992 [2018]
I don't think it's been mentioned on this thread, but when I first heard it I thought it was pretty trancy.

No_4mat's productions in general are also very trancy.

This one has got quite the wicked groove. Wouldn't sound out of place in a tech trance set in the 2000s era with its detuned saws and gritty bassline.

It simultaneously feels like a slower early 2000s hard/tech-trancer and a late 2000s/very early 2010s SvD production.

Not sure I would called this 'Trancier than Trance', but it is certainly Trance inducing, which I guess puts it ahead of most Trance releases today. Love the title too

Sensation Black 2004 called and wants its track back, lol.
It's really good. It totally has that early 2000s hard trance feel to it.

I don't want to start a genre war, but wasn't this called schranz?
