Apparently, this got quite some attention, because it's listed on the Discogs home page under This Week's Best-Selling Vinyl Records & CDs.

I Need reminds me very much of one of my favourite tracks of all time: Audibelle - Figure on Distance to Goa 10 (selected and mixed by Robert Leiner). It was released in 2002 on Baluns Records as a 12" record. Considering that the track by Audibelle is actually better and I'm not going to pay 80 or 90 Euro for a record on Discogs, I skip this. It's sold out everywhere at the moment anyway ...

I Need did turn out nicely. The others are ok, not really exciting, very forgettable. It surprises me to hear of that popularity of the vinyl.

Maybe somebody famous played it in a set and now everybody needs it too? I don't know ... maybe it is just successful marketing on social media. The release is still on the Discogs front page, prices go up to €124.50 plus shipping. Alternatively, you could get the entire discography of Goa Madness Records on Bandcamp, which is 1 day 2 hours 55 minutes and 38 seconds of space portal opening awesomeness, plus a cup of coffee and a cinnamon bun ...

strictly limited vinyl only releases can drive some people into madness) also it looks like the 'Junction Forest' releases became collector items, all records sound and looks good with their mushroom design, so all is good
