I only know one, but to be perfectly honest, it's more on the ambient side (Young American Primitive - Sunrise, CD-only release).

I didn't know the classic era is universally considered to extend to 2005.

Paul van Dyk - Avid City. Unreleased in any format, likely because the sample used in this track was not cleared.

A lot of the Ayumi Hamasaki remixes were probably never released on vinyl, but instead in CDs (Japan's preferred music format, iirc). It took them *forever* to digitize their catalog [edit: never mind, looks like those were actually released on vinyl)
