Dieter is one of the most distinctive and unique producers I know and one that never cared about commercial success. Always fresh, yet melancholic in a particular way, different to any other producer I know. Recognisable style.
The closest known act, that I could compare to his style, would be Tangerine Dream, in the way their tracks are laid out into a journey.
Specific way of using vocal samples.
I Found him about 15 years ago on a polish website where we both hosted our own music (that website doesn't exist anymore).
He started in the 90s, made plenty of music until 2010 and has recently reactivated after a few years of musical hibernation.
This guy's music is always a journey. Possibly inspired by his day job, which makes him travel a lot throughout the whole Germany.
