Love the atmos intro and how it flows to the first beat.

The blip blop synth at the intro sounded too blippy bloppy to my liking, but as the track goes they’re fine.

~1.43 to the end feels like a neverending beat intro. Need bassline somewhere after 16 bar the beat starts to get the track into the next flow.

Overall, the track already has some promising parts to play and elaborate further.

Hi Eric. Thanks for listening and feeding back. Did you hear the first or second link? (initially I didn’t embed the 2nd link properly to play from trancefix page but have fixed it now

just wanted to check a few things. Which blip blip sound do you mean? I take it the one that starts at 1.43? ( you mentioned at the intro but maybe it was a typo & you meant ‘after’ the intro.
-If it’s that one, it’s a korg mini pops sample. I may try smoothing something in the fx or re do filter levels. Is it that synth that sounds too never ending?

Glad you like the general atmosphere.

Yeah I was thinking it needed a more subby bassline added . The acid is more a mid bass tone isn’t it? I’d like to keep that but give a bass along side it. Maybe something more subtle to not muddy the acid too much you think?

The 2nd one.

It's that arp synth when the kick starts. No, don't change it, it's not really an issue.

Yes, the acid doesn't really work as main bassline. You could leave it as mid bass or supporting rhythm.
But the track definitely need a prominent bassline as part of the main rhythm instead of background or supporting element.

Slight update. wip 1.5
More pads at end of intro for drama. Alteration of vocal fx. Added clip of vocals in main section, few levels changed.

sorry initial link to wip 1.5 wasn’t embedded properly to play within trancefix. Now sorted.
Listened to the first and the second version and giving feedback based on the second.

As always the atmosphere is really superb, not only in the intro but throughout. The vocals are very nice and it would be nice to hear them further in the track.

When the synths come in there is a crackling noise coming through. I assume (based on what I've read) it's comes from the Korg mini sample, if not than my earbuds might give up on me. If so.... I think it suits the track. It reminds me of an old vinyl record crackle but much louder.

Yeah I was thinking it needed a more subby bassline added . The acid is more a mid bass tone isn’t it? I’d like to keep that but give a bass along side it. Maybe something more subtle to not muddy the acid too much you think?
Maybe you could try to sidechain the sub to the acid and off course EQ to avoid any muddiness?

Anyway.... Great work so far mate 🙏🫶🏻
