Always loved this one and all the mixes. The Slacker Elevation Vocal mix is a pretty cool attempt to rework it. I actually think it could have better without the vocals (but keep the vocal chops). The original is my favourite but the Space Brothers Dub is fantastic too. Nostalgic.

The Original Vocal Mix is one of the first ever classic trance tracks that I've loved. Discovered it on ASOT Classics 7 I think. Such a sweet, driving vocal track, with a nostalgic mood.

Slacker's Rolling Mix is so cool, love it. Does its own thing, so groovy. Slacker's Elevation Vocal is also pretty cool. The vocals work but a dub would've maybe been preferential. These two are exactly how you should remix a track.

The Space Brothers Dub is my least favourite. It's still nice but the other three mixes just take the cake for me. The absence of vocals (as compared to the original) makes it that much weaker.

I like it when a remix dares to be totally different from the original material like that Slacker Rolling Mix. You don't see that a lot these days.

Is that Slacker Elevation mix the only breaks version of this track?

Although nothing beats the original, I find a lot of enjoyment in this one, especially after listening to the original many, many times. I always found Binary Finary tracks/remixes overlooked/underappreciated (1998 overshadowed everything they've done), and this is one of their hidden gems (the other one is the Binary Finary Future Mix of Fiji)

Binary Finary remix could be good without those horrendous vocals. Someone (Slacker's Rolling Mix) has potential but is lacking melodic elements. Overall a horrible release

My personal favourite is the Signum Remix featured on a 2008 remix package. A surprisingly dark and brooding remake with big distorted-sounding synths.

This is the kind of track that begins our trance origin story. Hall of fame work.

This is THE track that got me into trance. I used to work at the Gap in 1999-2002. This was one of the tracks they played on the Muzack CDs. This was around Napster was very popular and internet made it easy to ID this track with the lyrics. I was addicted after listening to this track and started seeking out trance after this. This happened around the same time as my love for hip hop was dying out after all the good rappers from the 90s died and rap was becoming very watered down. Finding this track was akin to a "rebound relationship" of sorts for me lol

By far the best vocal trance track of all time in my book. Original Mix is by far the best mix, don't even have to think about it haha. I don't think it's humanly possible to top the original no matter who remixes it, even Ferry himself who's trance God. It's flawless, the remixes don't sound as good as the original does. I'd go as far as to say top 5 trance tunes of all time for me. This is a one in a million kind of track

Haha no need to look, just based on past experiences I know this to be true. Just like how on social media where the original author of a post gets few likes, shares, and comments. Then someone sees the brilliance of the post and copy pastes verbatim as their own and the post blows up lol .
