He takes it a bit far yeah, but the music and feel of the music is something that is totally lost among todays "trance" producers.

Its got that natural flowing feel to it, and it doesnt become too sugary or cheesy with the added piano.

The mastering is indeed quite disappointing with the muddy riff and the absent good kick.
Apart from that, the storytelling reminds me why I fell in love with trance in the first place. Great organic and emotional flow.
The sound engineer of this should be ashamed.

Breakfast is known for his muddy mixing, but yeah, the flow is great. I don't want to hear 100% perfectly clear elements. I just want it tidied up a bit better (though his previous stuff is a bit worse in that regard).

Was just listening to Fate, Dusk and Weightless yesterday, man were those good. A bit muddy as well but the content is just astonishing. Weightless never fails to put shivers down my spine. A really talented guy, and I definitely love his approach to music.

I listened to this in my Sony earphones there other dayy. It sounded full and dynamic. I didnt even think about its being intentionally badly mastered or whatever. Very strong track.
