Released December 19, 1998, this was the A side of
RHYSYN001, the first ever Rhythm Syndicate release.
While the B side (Clayface) was pretty good in its own right, it could never compete with the sheer presence The Chain had (and still has). Talk about a damn start to a label.
Breeder are up there with the all-time greats, imo. Tyrantanic remains a phenomenal release nearly 23 years after it first hit shelves, and so does The Chain, at a tick over 24 years old.
P.S.: If you look at the label on the B side, you'll see Breeder thanking Sash, which probably should've been Sasha. Or maybe they really liked Encore Une Fois?
