I actually really dig this. Great atmosphere!

Always thought the tracks you made with the ethnic vox had the most potential and it's good to see you exploring this avenue more!
I was just going into self analysis this month. In about 20 days I will finish my first year of being serious about getting into producing. In that time I wrote 40+ songs, not all of them great, not all of them finished, but every song taught me something new.

I turned so many weakness into my strengths. I used to be horrible at basslines, now I am getting better and better, I used not to care about drums, I still half ass most of them in my songs, but whenever I took the time I made excellent simple grooves. Even with chords I have trouble, but in due time I will turn that into a strength, I watch video tutorials about it all the time.

I followed so many videos, about how to do this and that, that I started getting ideas of my own. Like shaping my own hi hats from percussive instrument following the arpegio melody.

I used to think Serato Studio is holding me back and I was partially right since in the last few months they made proper automation and that immediately showed in my songs. But many things that they lacked made me more resourceful and kept me on top of my game.

I've learned how to get used to critique and learn from it.

I've branched into so many other styles like future bass/dance/techno/house, and I've learned how to bring different elements from them into all my songs.

While I would of loved having at least 1 song signed that's something I want to leave for next year.

Overall I am very happy at the end of my first year. I took me 3 times more to get good at djing, which means I am progressing faster and faster.

I love your music and you have been a huge influence over the last year.

I had this loop demo for a while I thought it's too strange to finish, but I realised today is the day. Even Spirit Warrior was just me messing around and having fun.

Spirit Warrior has lots of potential. Those vox really aren't my cup of tea - too repetitive. Whereas that little melodic sequence in the break sounded fantastic. Gave me some good old M.I.K.E. vibes. This Is Why We Make Music isn't my thing.

Fair enough This Is Why We Make Music has super weird edm sound, I nailed down the build up thought, used a clap and clave with some echo for it and a sample on top of it. Spirit Warrior was a quick simple song just like Nature Is Lit about an year ago just little bit more than an hour, but I am hesitant to change it. I can always take that part and make a new song with it. I remember ATB saying he regretted using same sample in Don't Stop and 9pm, but I personally know people who loved Don't Stop more even if there were some people pointing he used same sample.

I really liked the chant and the repetitiveness was designed, but now after listening it a few times decided to remove it. I am going to keep the original version too since I like it and call this one a dub version. I think you will enjoy this one more I also extended it about 30 seconds.

I actually decided to self release an album and a few EP's/singles so I am going back through my library searching for the best candidates.
