I'd say it's worse than the average with these pitchy stabby synths that pretend to be techy but sound rather lazy and simply boring musically. main theme is okay tho, I like the plucky counter melody 2nd half of the main drop in particular. but these intro and outro feel totally disjointed from the main part to me. and there's short a hardstyle part closer to the outro that must be about 10 BPM faster than the overall tune. what's that for? it's clearly making the whore track even more random and doesn't benefit whatsoever.
the guys sure know a thing or two about sound design (in a modern way) and can write cool melodies but they seem to lack raw musical talent and consistency to create a solid composition, so it's just a bunch of random ideas glued together because why not, black hole would pick that up anyways.
