In my opinon its a rather standard uk hard/energy trance . But Im not gonna bitch too much about it. But im saying this because I grew up with this style. Sounds like Uk harddance/core/freeform which overlapped with trance alot although I didnt get that back then 
That used to be my signature style of music when I was say like 13 to 18 and sharing one earphone with one of my very COOL "friends"used to get them hyped up, blasting something like this.
