I started this song 18 months ago. Its about the things i did to escape the pain i was suffering when my mental health was very broken.

Id like to properly finish the track soon.
its prog housey chilled trance. Featuring my own voice and words

Would love to produce an album with mental health as a theme. To try to help others and show there can be life ‘after’ schizophrenia.

I consider myself pretty much recovered from this painful illness (which many don’t succeed in doing) , but im being realistic. There is always gonna be a vulnerability.
But I'm stronger than I’ve ever been before, and I'm pretty happy.

hey bobby, wow, a very difficult topic. Mental illness is probably the thing I fear most in my life. Due to the fact that I am a disabled person myself, I participate in many trainings with people with many different problems. there is also schizophrenia in them. I have personally experienced similar conditions through drug abuse, these were the most difficult moments in my life. the whole situation took place a long time ago, but I can imagine what people mentally ill can go through. Every day I have a friend with this disease, I have not seen any episodes from him for several years. so you can tame it for sure. Certainly, as each of us has difficult moments, but you have to remember that the sun will shine after the storm. it's very hard to write something that would help you and others. However, I believe that music can be a cure for everything. I am glad that you are with us. I wish you health

As someone who was diagnosed with clinical depression 4 years back, and with an occasional relapse. very soothing/relatable. The staring at the ocean part hit a string with me.

To give you feedback on the track, I would like to hear a break in there somewhere, to let the track breathe. Otherwise it's so good, very soothing indeed.

So brave but important to make music about this topic. I think this track would work well as a down-tempo chillout tune, maybe even beat-less.

I like the chilled vibes here.
Music is great therapy and creativity is a good outlet to exorcise ones own ghosts (metaphorically speaking)

The spoken word thing has been used a lot by 'Fred Again...' amongst others lately and seems to be popular, so maybe there's scope to expand this further!

as someone who suffers from mental illness this hits home. very soothing track. i only wish it could be a bit louder. had to turn my volume at max but a very relaxing track

Cheers
Good to talk to a fellow sufferer.
The tracks unfinished. Wrote is 18 or so months ago but would love to finish it soon. My mental health isnt bad like it once was but there seems to be something always ticking in the background that occasionally these days strikes like a dagger. But it goes away much quicker
