Hello there! Nice to have signed up her. Years and years ago I was a writer for Trance.nu. Maybey some of you might remember that site. Nice to find a trance forum to have conversations about nice music. I still make some mixes with mostly oldschool stuff. Have a nice weekend.

Hi @afterhourpower its great to have you become a member.
I had to google trance.nu just to check it was the site i thought. Trance nu is a site i used to often search looking for interviews where trance musicians established artists and pro’s talk about how they make trance and what equipment they used. This was all within 22 year period where i was having a ‘slight’ 🤔 break from making music. (Ie, produced in the 80’s & 90s, quit around 96/7 and started again in November 2019) . i got fascinated with trance during that period but rarely even switched on my remaining keyboard.

When i read the wikipedia about your site a name came up. Jezper. I have trancemaster (maybe 4004) with the jezper track Requim. One of those mind blowing moments the first time i heard it. I love the attitude in it. And the quite different sounds and unique atmosphere. In that track It was almost like he’s saying ( im assuming a he?)
F - you im gonna put it all out there blow your mind and leave you for dust! A sensational epic kind of ethereal beauty.

Welcome and thank you for trance.nu. It has a place in Trance history 🫶

Welcome man. I was also a member of Trance.nu, but unfortunately only got a year or two out of it before it closed, then I moved over to other trance forums and eventually Trancefix. Forums for me will always be the best place to discuss and find music, hope we manage to keep this one going for many years to come.

I hope trancefix grows and grows man. Becomes a big player in the trance revolution ( or whatever is needed to improve the scene)

With you and your passion at the helm im sure we can make a very positive impact. 🫶

When my health improves, id like to help out.

(Incidentally im getting a much bigger studio in a few months, Il be able to put proper monitors there, if i can do anything for the forum i will) 🙂

Wow, great stuff! Some inspirational artists there.

Do you produce much music at all? Are you still in touch with jezper?
I am not a producer. Also was never close to Airbase in contact. I am more of a writer. I occasionally make some (extended) sets with unknown classics through Virtual DJ haha. I have a nice one on YouTube.
