i_o aka Garrett Lockhart has passed away

Unfortunately announced last night on his social media and by mau5trap, i_o, aka Garrett Lockhart has passed away. Way, way too soon, I loved his style of dark techno and think he was rising up to being such a great producer, very very sad to hear this, Rest in Peace.

He frequently struggled with mental health based on his AMA's and social media posts, and while this isn't the time for speculation, it's good to remind, if you are in need please, please there are people who can help you.

Sad to hear, im not really that familiar with his music but i enjoyed the song he made before castle in the sky and started following him.

That sucks, I was listening to this tune just an hour before I saw the announcement yesterday on his facebook page about his death...

He was one of the breakthroughs of the year for sure
