Like all Jochen Miller tracks in those years, this one was produced by Benno de Goeij.
A great modern classic. One of the first "hits" with the square-tech-sound, like you described it. Some others joined in and created tracks with this sound too. I wouldn't say it dominated the genre though. There were more things around then. Like the minimaliastic stuff from Arnej, and the start of the "epic" Blueman / Soundlift-esque tracks.
But yeah, it was a popular sound for sure. And a good one imo
