Been playing this a lot recently. Usually I am a big fan of this type of soulful vocal (black women?) that was only found in 90s and early 2000's, but prefer the instrumental version this time. The vocals aren't bad but don't rate the lyrics and delivery. And when the synth work is this fucking good you really don't need vocals at all. The synths are so fucking nice and the melodies simple but emotional! What do they remind me of? Love it!
