I've been a bit quiet on here lately, putting together my Artist Mix took a fair bit out of me. It was also my birthday last week ( ) and I had a short trip away with some friends to relax.

Anyway, I've been back at it working on some tunes and have a fair bit in the works at the moment.

So here's something different but not SO different...

My first computer was a Commodore 64 back in the late 80's (Showing my age here)
I used to love all the chip tune music from that system, so I've made this remake/remix/cover of one of my favorites - the loading theme for Parallax!

This is more for a bit of fun rather than a serious tune, I really like the style of the old C64/Amiga music era, so this is my little homage in trance form - maybe I'll do some more?

I'm sort of torn between commenting and not doing so because I usually like your music, but this one I just don't, and I don't want to be overly negative. But, I'll just be honest and say that this one just misses something, especially in the climax, and doesn't do much for me overall. Sorry but it is the way it is. I'm looking forward to hearing whatever else you have in the works though!

Like Gagi, I always enjoy following what you post in this section but also this one isnt really for me either. The chip-tone inspiration is pretty cool though, I liked that. Because the beat is more on the playful bouncy side I think it just makes the whole track a bit too chirpy for my liking, as the melodic parts are very playful too. If the beats were more driving/serious/ruthless I think that juxtaposition could have worked nicely.
