Seems like Gary Maguire's Remix of Solarstone & Orkidea - Zeitgeist, sped it up to a high BPM (150 this tome) and make it a retro sound.
Having earned his stripes in the Atlanta and Mexico City music scenes, American DJ and producer Obie Fernandez hits Armada Captivating with a brilliant 150 bpm remix of Masters & Nicksons foremost classic. Driven by a brisk tempo and Justine Suissas timelessly enchanting vocals, this rendition of Out There only adds to the legacy of the track.

1) some of you may not like it but let me tell you that it's been a fixture in my sets for well over a year and it the crowd eats it up
2)trance is probably as strong as its been popularity-wise since 20 years ago, don't know how anyone can claim otherwise. there's a whole new generation of fans pouring in from across the "techno" sphere and they like the fast tempos (see TDJ, etc)

I agree with this, those like KI/KI, Marlon Hoffstadt, Ben Hemsley and TDJ are making 'trance' popular again in mainstream these days, although sometimes they might not that 'trance' as we usually think. I quite like KI/KI and the label and tracks she've made.

“not that trance” == not formulaic

that’s a good thing in my opinion. I’m feeling more creative freedom than ever. maybe just me dunno

Too fast for my taste.

It really does not add anything new. We have the same thing if we just speed up the original to 150bpm. :ROFLMAO:
