The 2000s saw Ralphie B release many brilliant classics. Amazon certainly ranks among the best of them. For me the Original was the best one, although the later release Universal Language remix gives it a run for it's money.

Whaaat a track! This type of the main lead sound was, for a long time, what I thought real trance sounded like. That and The Timelord (Signum), Ballerina (Adam White, Martin Grech) as well.

Has that Push percussion in the breakdown though, but that doesn't take anything away from the sheer brilliance of the track. One of the biggest classics IMO.

Definitely, although I think this one is slightly weaker in terms of impact and overall composition/originality compared to Inca (which this feels like a spin-off of) and Monkey Forest.

Yes I would have to agree with you. Monkey forest will be always be my number one choice

Pretty fun track. Not amongst my very top favorites, but it's nice. I also like the Carl B Remix. I like the main synth better in his remix. The main synth in the original is quite stabby, clicky... and in this remix it's a bit more dreamy. I think that fits the melody better:

I’m probably going to get some flack, but I prefer this version by quite a bit.

Original is still a great production though, and deserves its classic status.
