Users now have to participate somewhat in the forum if they want to share their mixes. This stops people coming in an using this section as a spam area for promo. If you are registered and have less than 15 posts you will not be able to make a thread, and instead see this message:

Awesome! Maybe add "per year" or something, to make the rule more workable? But great decision.
