Time for another one of my favourites!
And I think that everyone who listens to trance since the '90 will remember this one :)
Nu Nrg - Dreamland!
Nu NRG was a group formed between Andrea Ribeca, Guiseppe Ottaviani and the lesser known Giacomo Miccichè.
Unfortunately they stopped as a group in 2005 to continue with their solo careers

Loved Dreamland the original and the Gareth Emery remix but never got into any other NU NRG material. One of the most joyous breakdowns you'll hear.

You must for sure like Freefall?

Dreamland and Butterfly are both pretty nice too. I think i’d pick the Gareth Emery remix too for Dreamland.

No no no!

The GE mix is lousy. Its flat and muted. The original has alot more charachter. It smoothens everything out. It should have some balls to it. be a little rought around the edges.

Yeah usually I think exactly the same.

But for some reason in this particular track I prefer the milder, more generic version. Its a less exciting production, but I just like it more :)

The sound of the synth in the original is just a bit too chemical for me. Still a great track, just a small preference.
