We welcome this Spanish legend Ormus to JOOF Recordings, with well over 60 releases under his belt he's secured regular support from such DJ's as Oscar Mulero, Surgeon, Regis, Takaki Ito, Go Iyama, Preach and Ben Sims to name a few. Joining the ranks of this awesome debut we have JOOF faithful Rick Pier O'Neil on remix duties.

Its not that bad but I'm always a bit salty when I open a JOOF release now and its the same dull or melodic techno style release over and over again. This one does have more life to it than usual JOOF and the RPO remix had me nodding a little but feel like it doesnt go anywhere or offer any balls. Constant build style for 7/8 minutes probably. This 4 min sample is probably the meat of the track but sounds more like an intro/build section you would find at the start.

Prefer the original. Like the dark tones but the lead melody is snooze for me. The break is long and then gives nothing.....

Haha lol.

Original mix is better then the RPO remix imo, although i think it would have even better if they had upped the tempo.

Will JOOF ever go back to more trancier tracks like they had in the past?

The real question is are there producers making enough tunes in that style for him to include it in his show or label? Like how many people are actually making underground Trance now, without it being techno/house cross-over stuff.

Clear that John's tatste has changed a lot though. Does he still do turbo mix psy-trance on the second half of the show?
