I like Eve Gaze better.
I think the styles here are interesting. Renovatio reminds me of '90s BT/Chicane with a late 2000s uplifting trance sound, and Eve Gaze is more like Sean Tyas style.

I love Paul Miller's old tunes. I prefer Renovation from these 2 tracks - it sounds like it's a combination between classic Chicane (as dmgtz96 said) and energetic uplifting trance producer Trance Arts. From 3:39 the harmony reminded me a bit of Thomas Bronzwaer's "Close Horizon" which is my favourite tune from him

Was privileged to have a little talk with him last year in Poland where he performed a great set in a little club in Poznan - here's it:
