Looking for the extended mix of France 2000 on Three Drives' 2000 album. The shorter mixed version (4:18) can easily be found on the CD version of the album. The extended mix (5:46) appears exclusively on the vinyl release back in 1999 and not on download stores unfortunately. It was just a wild guess since Mr Parkinson is a perfectionist, but this discog page sort of confirms it as they gave out the remixes for Free in 2014:

Perhaps you can buy it in the near future. I saw Armada (re)releasing the Turkey 2000 track. My guess is more will follow.
