I have a feeling a bunch of these tracks on your list are in the download stores.
They are not on Juno or Beatport, but ill check out Bandcamp, i haven't looked there yet.

Solid Globe - North Pole (Nickelson & Maurice Night Remix) is just the original mix. I have the vinyl with those 'remixes' on. Nickelson and Maurice Night are just aliases of Nic Vegter and Raz Nitzan, the guys behind Solid Globe. I don't know why they chose to label it that way, but they did.
