A complete artist album and one of the very last outstanding J00f releases before the quality went down.

This one is from Summer 2016 and of course this is mostly Vibrasphere style at its very best!
Nearly every track is a winner and its hard to pick a fave here.
I decided to present my personal fave 'Trails' - the title speaks for itself. Just listen. One of the best melodies in the 2010s AND released on J00f. It could not be better.

I'll need to try this one again. I remember not really feeling it when it was shared here. I love the Vibrasphere sound but found this album a bit less 'vibrant' and musically interesting compared to that project.

Btw, if you like Robert Elster, check out his Kritical Audio project (if you don't know it already). When I listen to Yellow Blend or Krupp the sound design just sounds such more pleasing than his work on Still breathing - same for the Vibrasphere work too. Just sounds a level above to my ears.

Lol this is the album I wrote a long-ass front page review for on the old forum 😂

Vibrasphere was about the third trance artist I discovered (after Tiësto and Miikka Leinonen, before I even knew what this music was called). Their entire catalogue has been a constant companion since my high school days, but ironically I discovered them the same year they broke up. So I was incredibly happy to pick up this album in 2016, and I played it to death afterwards. It's definitely different than what Elster and Berglöf did as a duo, but that overall ambient-psychedelic-acid vibe is still all over it - as it was on Elster's followup downtempo album, Endless Observations.

I just hope that Elster puts out some more stuff soon!
