Simon Patterson - Brush Strokes

In the "steroid" genre, there are exceptions that are really good. Simon Patterson knows how to crack this genre. This particular track is one of my favorites of his.

Breakdown is the only thing I enjoy in this track as it has a recognizable Patterson melody.

I'm more of a fan of this heavy remix by John.

This was my track of the year for 2013. I remember Simon had been on a bit of a dry streak production wise at the time(at least on my opinion). That all changed when he released this. Break down and climax still give me goosebumps to the stay.

John Askew remix was Okay, But a little too bare bones for me.

I still consider this track as his best creation since 2011-2012. I don't really enjoy the modern "Psymon Patterson".

Well, maybe "Wipeout" from 2020 was good, but that's mainly cause Sam Jones has done most of the work and I just love his techy style.

Can't agree with that as "Thump" was out in 2009 and "Dogzilla - Without You (Simon's Dead Dog Remix)" in 2012.
