Hey can I ask you guys something? Is it possible to get sued by a dj for a post here? I know I have seen people getting fired for post on social media or getting sued for their post on twitter or facebook. I just wonder if it's like this on forum too.

I just wanted to ask and just so people are aware of this because I didn't know about it. I know most of the people here are from Europe but I suppose the same laws apply. I would just like some clarification because Australia is a very politically correct country. Please no hate speech or don't mention that this impacts the freedom of rights of individuals.
Can you be sued for what other people write on your Facebook page?
If someone writes something nasty about a person on your social media page, can you be held liable even though you didn’t write it? A court has said: maybe.
