Three new versions of "Messages" will be released this Friday (30.12), including remixes from Binary Finary (2023 Remix), Metta & Glyde and Solange themselves

None of the new ones do that much for me, tbh. If I absolutely had to pick one, it'd probably be the Solange rework.

The 1999 4AM Trance Mix under Global Cuts remains undefeated, imo:

Nothing can beat Gouryella remix for me!
These new ones are.....well, definitely not unlistenable, but they are quite predictable and not refreshing, i can appreciate Metta and Glyde tho, for trying to create a new melody...

Terrible. Unlistenable.

These reworks/updated versions are terrible. I can not understand how anybody who heard the original version or (older) remixes can appreciate this. These releases are so harsh. Metta & Glyde, damn, I listened to them for like one minute at Luminosity Festival. It's just a hurricane of noise storming down the booth ready to take down the dancing orks.

Cant pretend im a huge fan of the original release but yeah these new versions are utter garbage, as soulless as music can be.
