Maybe because the main lead reminds me of the below, probably the biggest hard trance anthem from the 2000's.

I wondered where Standerwick had been for years,has he been releasing stuff? This is quite a banger,not too bad.

For me a Hardstyle 'crushed' kick would fit best on this tune.
