Apart from the lead up and breakbeat part in ferry's original I was never a big fan of the dance valley theme. Just never clicked with the track when it was out.

Appreciate the new techy kick (that's all it really is) version may reignite interest for some, maybe to revisit the original but unfortunately its another wheel of the unnecessary for me.

It makes me think of Armin van Buuren deciding to play it and pose for pictures whilst it's on, and that I should listen to the original.

Soulless and weak. Without that bass line in the original it feels almost pointless

I actually don’t mind the remix. I like the speed (145 bpm), would be cool in a club.
