This was a track i bought in 2000 on CD single....a real Trance vocal classic,included on many famous compilation CDs back in the day.

And when the original producer,Adam Pracy,contacted me for a possible remix - i jumped at the chance.

So,here is my chilled version - i hope you enjoy it!

Yeah,he loved it! It may get a release at some point as a re-release is planned this year - but we will see. Its done well on Youtube,20K plays in the first week!

The rhythm of the 'makes me feel like falling' part of the female vox sits at odds with the lead arp rhythm and makes me feel like I do when I see pizza cut into uneven slices . I'd chop those bits up and get it timed up to match more. The rest is absolutely brilliant.

I spend faaaaaaaaaar too long chopping up vox to fit tempos when the algorithms don’t get it quite right. Case in point a recently completed remix of a classic for Lost Language.

Well the thing about this vocal is i had to timestretch it down from around 140 to 120,to suit the tempo of my remix. 120bpm is quite fast for my chilled stuff,but i couldnt go any slower as it really wouldve started to sound weird.

So some people will notice that the vocal and her wording sounds maybe too 'slow'. Once im largely happy with something i dont tend to ever go back and change it. Unless a label wanted me to...and i actually hate that - its normally to ask me to chop 2 minutes out of the track.

Ahhhh mate don’t even get me started on this bollocks. ‘Short edits for streaming’ are like the new radio edits of old. I recently had to edit a 9 ish minute original mix to 4:30. Sounds like shit
