For as much of a pain in the ass the app itself is, the hold music is delightful.

For as much of a pain in the ass the app itself is, the hold music is delightful.

We use it at work too and i think the app is just too bloated. They cramed too much functions and menus in it and it's UI is not really friendly, even for people who are digitally very capable.
