Hi IXM are you referring to my synesthesia?
interestingly ive realised through your question that the shapes and patterns i see at all times are always mostly monochrome but with some yellow type colours. If anyone with synesthesia can see lots of vivid colours that must be mad! But v cool.

btw there are lots of types of synesthesia. One type makes objects make you think of the tase of various food. I heard of a lady who seeing a picture of a table actually tastes gravy
. Other people can see someone tap their body, and they feel their body part being tapped too when it isnt!

i take it you meant about flat beat?
All i can say its it presents a very balanced display of shapes, and not over crowded.

hey bobby, i first came across this topic here thanks to your post. I like things that are unique. This topic is undoubtedly interesting. Often people have above average skills, I see it in everyday life, there are those who earn money on everything, others can get along with everyone, others will always be perceived as bad, even though they do not do anything such a bad thing. once I had a plan for my songs, I wanted to base them on emotions, there was a plan to create 4 seasons first, then stronger emotions such as fear, love, regret etc. however, colliding with this topic, it turned out that it is not that simple, lack of skill ... The question is, if you can't extract notes from nothing, is there really something in you ??

If it is a creative question about matching a song you want to make to a certain emotion, then i think imagine or think back to when you felt that way, or watch a program or film where someone feels that. To be honest though, I personally wouldn’t want to force myself an emotion if it’s negative. But thinking of an fantasy event with people feeling a certain way might be fine.

I would like to express emotions through music, even if they are negative, I think there is nothing wrong with that. In my opinion, a good song is one that will hit the heart, no matter if it makes a hole or seals it
