Guys being critical of music = OK....overly insulting of the individual, please don't. Not a good look, the man is just trying to make the career work in his way. Doesn't mean it's good, but definitely not warranting any abuse.

Come on guys, don't do this. He's got some very nice original ones. I noticed a while ago he started to make a lot of remixes, but that's not his fault. It's the state the trance scene is in atm and the pressure to keep pumping songs in order to stay relevant. That includes Talla who releases almost every week and a bunch of other producers.
these guys are not only playing by the rules, they also contribute into keeping them this way.
on the other hand they obviously don't give a shit if some forum guys blame them so we're quits
I agree with the others, name calling isnt needed. At best producers dont care about it, at worst it affects them emotionally.
The way I see it Trance is in a really good state right now, theres more new good music coming out then I can keep up with.
The more classy uplifting and progressive releases are being discussed in this forum, besides this theres the Trance-adjacent stuff on Techno or Progressive House labels. And if you also like Goa and Psy, which each have their own subgenres again, it becomes so much music that at least for me its not possible to connect with all the music I enjoy on a deeper level.
So if the one genre you dont like happens to be the one which is most popular right now, whats the issue? Clearly theres people who do enjoy the music Ciaran makes, so why not leave it to them and focus on the stuff you like?

Hard to read some of this given the guy is one of the nicest blokes I’ve encountered in the scene. I remember hearing this track one night after a long night dancing, still a lot of visuals happening and there was a big chair upstairs to get lost in the geometric storm. This track came on. Was so nice to chill to on my ass.
