I don't really know where to post it, for me it fits into chill/good vibes category, so here it is:
There are not so many Euphonic tunes that I liked, but this was my summer tune of 2000 or 2001.. for a decade there was only the 'radio mix' on YT, finally here is the full verison:

Straightforward progressive track with a chill guitar. It kinda feels like you're eating some exotic food at a classy Latin American restaurant near the beach.
I would say the track itself isn't too exciting. There are no main melodies, and instead it's carried entirely by the ambiance, sound design, and chill guitar.
DC Project & Alex Hentze - Red Walls [2007]
Slightly techier, but still within the realm of chill Latin American progressive trance. Lovely percussions!

This song becomes much more interesting once it reaches the breakdown. The buildup could have used more melodies imo, but still a very nice track.
