Yeah Perfect Fear does it for me. Anthem is not my style. Decent release.

Feels a bit less unique than his other releases, kind of more in line with a lot of the big kick industrial techno with arpeggios that got really popular recently. I'd really like a dubbier version of Perfect Fear though, think it'd be better without the main lead but with the background pads. Anthem's not my style either.

e: there's a B-side as well but those tracks are pretty much just filler IMO. Kind of disappointing after how good nthng's recent release on Transatlantic was.

The 'Anthem' big kick immediately reminded me 'Miro - Purple Moon' from 1997. Yeah "really popular" but also not a new thing, there was an underground Techno/Hardcore/Trance crossover in the mid 90's (Influence Recordings, Frankfurt Beat, Dance Ecstasy 2001).. not my cup anymore, just good to see it back in the arenas!)

Yes, I suppose "recently repopularized" is the better term for it.
