I would actually love that. Thats exactly the kind of thing I want to do when travelling, and meeting up would be great. I am not sure how much flexibility I will have though. Its a group of 11 of us going and we have manage the time and all the places. We've just started planning so we'll see what happens. We do plan on visiting Rotterdam, so its possible I could come visit for the day while they do some Museum or something.

Were looking at Uterecht and Amersfoort for our Airbnb base. Which is better you reckon?
Utrecht,

1, its a lovely city to visit
2, its the main public transport hub of NL.

I'm travelling to the Netherlands mid Sep this year. What are some things I should do? Looking for non-obvious stuff. Any hikes, unique towns, adventure type stuff also appreciated. Money no option.

If you want to sniff up some history you could consider visiting Leiden. The city centre has some lovely historical places.
It's also not that far from Utrecht and Rotterdam.

can’t say thats my dream but interesting for me to visit this country too
What is your dream country to visit?

For me is to visit NASA museum although away from Guns. When I was in Rome I found it so odd guards having such massive guns outside the hotels.

five years ago I decided I would make a trip to Easter Island and now after saving and planning i will finally book and make this dream my reality. my dates will be november this year. the only way to visit is if you fly from my home city of Santiago, and will take 5 hours to arrive at this tiny and mysterious island.
