A weird trancy track from Underworld. Discogs officially lists it as tech house / ambient, but that does not sound right.
It would have gone well with Safri Duo's "tribal trance" tracks in a DJ set.
There's one specific "sharp" sound starting at 2:08 that can be off-putting, but I think it gives the track a unique and recognizable style.
